About the Role:

As a Programmer/Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, evaluating, and optimizing programs across various functional areas such as finance, HR, manufacturing, and marketing. The role involves analyzing existing systems, designing logic for new applications, preparing flowcharts, coding, and testing solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop programs for assigned functional areas.
  • Analyze existing programs and optimize them for performance.
  • Prepare logic procedures and flowcharts.
  • Code, test, and debug applications.
  • Develop complex programming tasks within supported functional areas.
  • Contribute to team goals, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively.
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.

Key Technical Skills:

Programming (Java, J2EE, Angular, Typescript), Oracle Database, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DevOps, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, Software Development Life Cycle (Agile, Waterfall)

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering discipline.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software application development.
  • Strong programming and development skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with middleware technologies (Java, J2EE frameworks).
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies (Angular, Typescript).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and microservices (preferred).
  • Understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Awareness of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
